1. Definitions

In this agreement:

“Carrier”means any person or business contracted by us to carry Goods from us to you.
“Content”means any content in any form published on Our Website by us or any third party with our consent.
“Goods”means any of the goods we offer for sale on Our Website, or, if the context requires, goods we sell to you.
“Our Website”means any website of ours and includes all web pages controlled by us.
“Post”means display, exhibit, publish, distribute, transmit and/or disclose information, Content, and/or other material on to Our Website, and the phrases “Posted” and “Posting” shall be interpreted accordingly.

2. Acceptance of your order

  • Your order is an offer to buy from us. We shall accept your order by e-mail confirmation. That is when our contract is made. Our message will also confirm the details of your purchase and tell you when we shall despatch your order.
    • If we do not have all the goods you order in stock, we will let you know via email and advise you of any alternatives, should you wish to purchase from us.

3. Price and payment

  • The price payable for the goods that you order is set out on our website.
    • Prices include value added tax (“VAT”).
    • All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than pounds sterling will be borne by you.
    • If by mistake, we have under-priced Goods, we will not be liable to supply that those Goods to you at the stated price, if we notify you before we dispatch it to you.
    • The price of the goods does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order, and which will be displayed on a page of our website before we ask you to pay.

4. Security of your credit card

We take care to make our website safe for you to use.

  • Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use Stripe, an online payment service provider that will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.

5. Shipping

  • All orders are processed with an immediate effect (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
    • If you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us through our contact us page on our website with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • We accept returns up to 7days after delivery if you are unhappy with the tea. we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    • You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • To return your product, you should mail your product to 2, Weston Court, 4 Brindley Place, Uxbridge, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2UF, United Kingdom.
    • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again/contact your bank/credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
    • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, and have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact us page on our website.

7. Foreign taxes and duties

  • If you are not in the UK, we do not know, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country.
    • You are responsible for purchasing Goods that you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country

8. Your account with us

  • You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the goods.
    • If you use our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for preventing any unauthorized person from using your account.
    • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should tell us immediately if you believe some person has accessed your account without your authority and log in to your account and change your password.

  • We will defend the intellectual property rights in connection with our Goods and Our Website, including copyright in the Content whether provided by us or by any other content provider (including copyright in the text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data, and software).

    • Subject to the other terms of this agreement, you may download or copy Content only for your personal use if you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in it. You may not store electronically any significant portion of any Content.
